The 'Mesra Ria Kampung Ku' fosters the spirit of cooperation and solidarity, aside from encouraging a healthy lifestyle through recreational and sports activities. Organised by the Kampung Labu Estate and Piasau-Piasau Consultative Council, the event was held at the Kampung Labu Estate Community Hall in Temburong District on 1st June morning.

Families joined a variety of fun activities for children and adults including cooking and coluring competition. Such activities acted as an avenue to encourage the local community' active involvement, aside from polishing the resident's skills as well as creativity. Among those present was Yang Berhormat Haji Awang Sulaiman bin Haji Nasir, Member of the Legislative Council.
